Volunteer Opportunities

Are you, or someone you know, interested in volunteering for the Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days?

We are currently seeking superintendents to oversee various departments at the fair:

Market Goat Superintendent
Clothing Judging (Pre-Fair)
4-H, Grange - Needle Work
4-H, Grange - Quilting
4-H, Grange & FFA - Fashion Revue (Pre-Fair)

Please note that the positions for Market Goat, Needle Work, and Quilting are both Pre-Fair and during the Fair, while the Clothing Judging & Fashion Revue are exclusively a Pre-Fair event.

- 4-H, Grange & FFA - Goat, Sheep & Swine Tag Day
- Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days
  - A-G: 8:00 am to 9:00 am
  - H-N: 9:00 am to 10:00 am
  - O-Z: 10:00 am to 11 am
  - If multiple last names in trailer, please pick one time.

Do not bring swine to grounds to pick up tags.
Swine - If picking up multiple tags, please pick up at one time.

8:00 am to 7:00 pm
- 4-H, Grange, FFA & Open Class Registration Deadline. Online forms are due before 11:30 pm, all paper forms are due to the Exhibitor’s Office before 7:00 pm. No late forms will be excepted.

Monday, August 24

- 4-H & Grange Modeling, 4-H & Grange Food & Clothing Judging Contests (Community Building)

Thursday, August 27

11:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Exhibit Entry Day [Community Center]
- Department 51 Lego & Construction Blocks drop-off at the south end of the pavilion (flower building end)
5:00 pm
- 4-H | FFA - Mandatory Horse Pre-Fair Meeting [Rodeo Arena] followed by Fitting & Showmanship | followed by Western Games
