Wednesday, September 2 - 6:30 am
No blankets on animals during veterinary inspection.
Tuesday, September 1st: At
3:00 pm, staging will begin in the west end of Garrison Field. Enter from Orchard Street.
At 4:00 pm, vet check will begin in this location. Once cleared by the vet, you will then be directed to enter the grounds via Gate #4, proceed to your area, unload, and move your vehicle to Lot 6.
Please, do not leave your rigs parked for an extended period of time by the barns. Unload and immediately move to Lot 6 so other exhibitors can also unload. Exit via Gate #6 onto Tietan.
Wednesday, September 2nd: At
6:30 am, staging will begin in the west end of Garrison Field. Enter from Orchard Street.
At 7:00 am, vet check will begin in this location. Once cleared by the vet, you will then be directed to enter the grounds via Gate #4, proceed to your area, unload, and move your vehicle to Lot 6.
Please, do not leave your rigs parked for an extended period of time by the barns. Unload and immediately move to Lot 6 so other exhibitors can also unload. Exit via Gate #6 onto Tietan.
All vehicles must be off the grounds and in their respective parking lots by 9:30 a.m. Vehicles left after this time are subject to tow.
