Volunteer Opportunities

Are you, or someone you know, interested in volunteering for the Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days?

We are currently seeking superintendents to oversee various departments at the fair:

  • Market Goat Superintendent
  • Clothing Judging (Pre-Fair)
  • 4-H, Grange - Needle Work
  • 4-H, Grange - Quilting
  • 4-H, Grange & FFA - Fashion Revue (Pre-Fair)

Please note that the positions for Market Goat, Needle Work, and Quilting are both Pre-Fair and during the Fair, while the Clothing Judging & Fashion Revue are exclusively a Pre-Fair event.

*Still life includes all 4-H exhibits, Scouting America/Girl Scouts, Home Brewed Beer/Homemade Wine, Open Class Knitting, Crocheting, Needlecraft, Handcrafts, Food Preservation, Clothing, Photography, Fine Arts, 4-H/Grange/FFA & Open Class Educational Exhibits, FFA Exhibits, (except FFA Floriculture).

2026 Online Registration

Exhibitor Online Registration
Three ways to register:
  • Use the online link listed above.
  • Download a paper form, complete and deliver to the Fairgrounds Office.
  • In-person at the Fairgrounds Office.
In-person/paper registration ends August 5th at 7:00 pm.
Online registration ends August 5th at 11:40 pm.

Walla Walla Fair Exhibit Release Policy

  • Walla Walla Fair has implemented a new Safety Plan for the release of all exhibits, including livestock.
  • All exhibits, including livestock, will be released on Monday September 7th, Labor Day, between 7:00 am – 12:00 pm.
  • Stall decorations and tack rooms may not be removed until Monday September 7th. NOTHING is to be removed on Sunday.
