Volunteer Opportunities

Are you, or someone you know, interested in volunteering for the Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days?

We are currently seeking superintendents to oversee various departments at the fair:

Clothing Judging (Pre-Fair)
4-H, Grange - Needle Work
4-H, Grange - Quilting
4-H, Grange & FFA - Photography
Open Class - Quilting

Please note that the positions for Needle Work, Quilting, Photography & Open Quilting are both Pre-Fair and during the Fair, while the Clothing Judging is exclusively a Pre-Fair event.

2026 Online Registration

Three ways to register:

Use the online link listed above.
Download a paper form, complete and deliver to the Fairgrounds Office.
In-person at the Fairgrounds Office.

In-person/paper registration ends August 5th at 7:00 pm.
Online registration ends August 5th at 11:55 pm.

*Still life includes all 4-H, Grange, FFA & Open Class Exhibits, Clothing, Food & Nutrition, Needle Work, Quilting, Expressive Arts, Photography, Social Studies, Plant Sciences, Agriculture Education, Mechanical & Environmental Sciences, Educational Exhibits (posters/displays) Baked Goods, Food Preservation, Needlecrafts & Textiles, Knitting & Crochet, Handcrafts & Designer Crafts, Fine Arts, Cereals & Forage Crops, Horticulture/Floriculture, Scouting America/Girl Scouts, Duct Tape Contest, Special Exhibitors, Lego & Construction Blocks, Wool Contest, FFA Exhibits, (except FFA Floriculture).

Walla Walla Fair Exhibit Release Policy

Walla Walla Fair has implemented a Safety Plan for the release of all exhibits, including livestock.
Stall decorations, tack, all exhibits (Livestock & Still Life), may be removed until the release time on Monday September 7th, Labor Day, between 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
