This form should be used only for the MusicFest/CrashFest weekend of May 30-June 2, 2024. We have a limited number of camping spots available on a first come/first serve basis. Tent camping is allowed for this weekend. Camping on this weekend requires a 2 night minimum reservation.

LIABILTY RELEASE:
Walla Walla County Fairgrounds, Walla Walla County Commissioners, Walla Walla County and it’s Agents, Walla Walla Fair & Frontier Days Board and its Agents, shall not be liable for any damage, either to person or property sustained by Lessee or other, caused by any defects now in said Leased premises or situated in any part of the appurtenance thereof, becoming out of repair or caused by fire or by the bursting of leaking water, gas or sewer pipes, or from any act of neglect of employees, co-tenants or other occupants of said premises or any other persons, including the Fairgrounds, said Commissioners, said County or their Agents or said Frontier Days Board or its Agents or due to the happening of any accident, whatsoever caused in or about said building premises. Lessee agrees to defend and hold Walla Walla County Fairgrounds, said Commissioners, said County and their Agents and said Frontier Days Board, harmless from any and all claims for damage suffered or alleged to be suffered in or about the leased premises by any person, firm or corporation.

REQUIRED
CAMPING RULES
1. All public laws will be enforced.
2. Camping stay is for arrival date to departure date only.
3. MAXIMUM STAY IS 7 NIGHTS.
4. Camping is PRE-PAID. Each camping unit will be issued a permit that must be placed so it is easily visible to Fairgrounds Staff. Camping permits with name of owner must be displayed for easy identification.
5. Minors require adult supervision DAY & NIGHT; no minors are to be left in camp area without adequate supervision. Any camper/trailer without qualified adult supervision will be excluded from the grounds.
6. Keep noise at a reasonable level at all times.
7. Tip outs must fit in-between the chalked lines of designated space and must allow neighbors to get in and out of their RVs comfortably.
8. Domestic Pets are permitted. Pets must be on a leash at all times and are not to be left unattended. Pet litter must be picked up immediately and disposed of in garbage containers.
9. Absolutely no alcohol is permitted outside of RVs. Any alcohol consumption outside of RVs or tents may lead to being removed from the Fairgrounds.
10. NO marijuana use allowed on grounds. Follow State Laws and Regulations.
11. Follow County and State Laws and Regulations pertaining to firearms.
12. Each site may have one RV and one vehicle. Unauthorized RVs will be towed at owner’s expense.
13. No open flame fires are permitted on the grounds. BBQs, Hibachis, camp stoves, or similar cooking devices you bring must keep the fire/charcoal fully contained and be at least 18 inches above the ground. Proper disposal is your responsibility. Do not place hot coals in garbage containers.
14. Do your part in keeping camping areas clean.
15. All Fairgrounds property is to be left in its place and location. This includes garbage containers. All garbage is to be placed in proper containers. Garbage cans are placed conveniently on the grounds.
16. Stalling requires staying on grounds with animals. There is no overnight security. Stalls must be bedded. Bedding is NOT furnished by Fairgrounds. Stalls must be cleaned after use. Stalls not cleaned will be cleaned by Fairgrounds staff at the rate of $60 per man and $60 per machine hour and billed to renter.
17. All guests are responsible and liable for damage in their areas during time of use.
18. The Walla Walla County Fairgrounds is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, damage, or theft.
19. Anyone not abiding by these rules or instructions of Fair Staff will be asked to leave the fairgrounds with forfeiture of all fees paid. Failure to abide by the above listed rules may result in removal from the Fairgrounds camping area. Camper will be responsible for all costs incurred with removal.
20. For emergencies of a life-threatening nature, call 911. Tell them which campground you are in, (Lot 5 near Orchard and 9th Street) and spot number if known. Turn on lights of a vehicle to attract the response team.
21. Cancelation Policy: All reservations require payment in full at time of booking. If you cancel your reservation, rather than rescheduling, a one-night fee becomes your cancellation fee. We require 72 hour notice, prior to arrival date for cancellation. Your reservation is 100% non-refundable within 72 hours of check-in.
