How to Rent a Facility

  • Request your event date online or call the Fairgrounds main office at (509) 527-3247 for availability of the date requested.
  • A rental application must be submitted along with a $200 non-refundable/non-transferable booking fee. This fee will be deducted from your final cost. Applications are available in the Fairgrounds main office.
  • Upon receipt of the rental application and $200 booking fee the Fairgrounds will send you a rental contract.
  • Renter has 10 days to sign the rental contract that will then be signed by the General Manager. Once both parties sign the contract, the contract will be considered executed.
What you will need to secure date:
  • Completed rental form
  • $200 booking fee
Once contract is executed, the following is required 2 weeks prior to event date:
  • Insurance with the required coverage.
  • Proof of Security contract (if serving alcohol).
  • Proof of Alcohol Beverage service (if serving alcohol)
  • Special occasion license (if non-profit serving alcohol)
  • $600 damage/security/cleaning deposit (refunded after event and facility has passed inspection)

Oregon Beverage Service

Oregon Beverage Service is the licensed provider of alcohol service on Fairgrounds property. Renters must contact them directly to arrange for service that will have alcohol served or sold at the event.
