Season Gate Pass Pre-Registration
Livestock Exhibitors will receive one (1) Season Gate. Livestock Exhibitors may still purchase
three (3) season gate passes per exhibitor at $24.
Any additional passes must be purchased through the Fairgrounds Ticket Office or online.
Livestock Exhibitors who also enter Non-Livestock Exhibits will automatically receive the One (1) Livestock season gate, but not both the season pass and single day pass.
Non-Livestock Exhibitor Passes will be available on Exhibit Entry Day in the Community Center and in the Exhibitors Office beginning August 17th.
All pre-purchased passes will be verified after entry deadline day, August 5th. Passes purchased under exhibitors that do not have entry on file will be voided.
Parking Pass Pre-Registration
Parking passes are LIMITED TO ONE per LIVESTOCK family. No exceptions.
Pre-sale closes July 31, 2026. Season passes purchased after July 31st are $30 per pass.
No refunds after July 31st.
If you purchase a camping spot, your gate and/or parking passes will be mailed out with your haul-in credentials. All other passes can be picked up starting Monday, August 17th and prior to 3:00 pm Wednesday, September 2nd (opening day of Fair). If passes are not picked up prior to that time, you will have to purchase a gate pass to gain access to the Exhibitors Office.
